WHEN DO I GET TO MAKE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped directly from one of our many domestic and international warehouses, and they will do everything they can to get your order as fast as they can! Allow 1-3 business days before your order can be shipped (with up to 6 business days in peak hours). Due to the popularity of our offers, the average delivery time is 5-10 business days. Christmas time is the busiest time of the year, and delivery times can therefore increase up to 20 calendar days. Other countries may take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance and customs. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offerings, these are estimates only.

WHY DOES MY ORDER TRAVEL IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have an order with several items, each item can be shipped from another international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and a little back, we can ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent you from holding your order and to get it to you as quickly as possible!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER "STICKS" OR DISAPPEARS IN THE MAIL?
All our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck in customs, is returned or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is beyond our control. In cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. See the guidelines for refund and return for when this may be relevant in shipping conditions.
AM I PAID FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
The prices shown on our website are tax-free. Import charges, fees and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at the final destination, as determined by the local customs office. Payment of these costs and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
